We are pawsitively thrilled to announce that Pacific Heights Veterinary Hospital would like to welcome you back into the hospital building starting March 21, 2022.

For clients who chose to come into the exam room with their pets we ask that you follow the following safety protocols:

• We allow clients in the hospital and in the exam rooms for appointments.
• For all appointments, please call when arriving in the parking lot to ensure an exam room and area to wait is available.
  • We want to make sure we can accommodate clients in our small facility while respecting social distancing.
• For those who prefer to remain outside the hospital, we will happily continue to offer curbside services upon request. Please call when you arrive to let us know you prefer to remain in your vehicle.

Please remember that these guidelines are in place to provide you with the best possible service while keeping our staff, clients, and community safe.
