In an effort to ensure the safety of our staff and clients, we are utilizing low-contact service to all our clients for all pet care needs.
Due to the Governor’s new mandates and restrictions, We are now offering curbside services only and ask for your patience as certain tasks may take longer than you are used to. When you arrive for your pet’s appointment, please call or text us at (425) 549-4986. Please include your pet’s name, the color and type of vehicle you are driving, as well as the best phone number to reach you in your reply message. A member of our staff will meet you outside to transport your pet inside the building.
When you bring your pet to the clinic, we will take a detailed history of your concerns for your pet in the reception area. Your pet will then be taken into the treatment area for their examination by our doctor. At this time our doctor will come out to the reception area to talk with you about any treatment plans and discuss the results of the examination. Once the treatment plan is completed, our receptionist will take payment for your pet’s appointment. Please note that there will not be any additional charges or price alterations during this time. Your pet will then be brought back to you.
Medication Procedures: We are able to accommodate pharmacy refills via curbside pickup. We encourage all medication refills to be a minimum of a two-month supply. We will let you know when your medication can be picked up and ask that you call us at 425-235-7387 when you arrive.
Please Note: We ask that all transactions are conducted with credit or debit cards. At this time, we do not prefer to accept cash payments.
