COVID-19 Updates

In an effort to ensure the safety of our staff and clients, we are utilizing low-contact service to all our clients for all pet care needs.

Curbside Service

Please call to confirm the types of appointments we are able to accommodate at this time. Provide a detailed description to our receptionist of what your concerns are for your pet.

When you bring your pet to the clinic, we will take a detailed history of your concerns for your pet in the reception area. Your pet will then be taken into the treatment area for their examination by our doctor. At this time our doctor will come out to reception area to talk with you about any treatment plans and discuss the results of the examination. Once the treatment plan is completed, our receptionist will take payment for your pet’s appointment. Please note that there will not be any additional charges or price alterations during this time. Your pet will then be brought back to you.

Pet Care Services: For the immediate future, we will be suspending elective technician appointments, such as nail trims, anal gland expressions, etc. We are scheduling appointments so that we have one client and their pet(s) in the hospital at a time. If your concern is urgent, we can adapt to make sure your pet is seen. Please make sure you call the office so we can come up with a plan. We are disinfecting the hospital multiple times a day, following the latest CDC guidelines.

Medication Procedures: We are able to accommodate pharmacy refills via curbside pickup. We encourage all medication refills to be a minimum of a two-month supply. We will let you know when your medication can be picked up and ask that you call us at 425-235-7387 when you arrive.

Please Note: We ask that all transactions are conducted with credit or debit cards. At this time, we do not prefer to accept cash payments.

According to CDC guidance, there is no evidence that companion animals or pets can spread COVID-19 to date. For the latest information about coronavirus and pets, we encourage you to visit the CDC and World Health Organization websites.

Telemedicine & Chat

We are happy to announce our new PetPro Connect app, our telemedicine appointment partner. As always, please reach out if your pet needs to be seen. Based on your pet’s symptoms our staff will determine if telemedicine is a good fit. With this app you will be able to:

🐾 Request both in-person and video consultation appointments.
🐾 Securely access all your furry friend’s medical records.
🐾 Privately message/chat directly with our team through the app.
🐾 Request prescription refills.

This upgraded app will replace the existing Pet Page mobile app.
